BPD Accepting Applications Through NTN Until Dec. 3

The Bellefontaine Police Department is now accepting applications for our next round of testing to help establish our eligibility list.  Interested candidates must be at least 20 years of age, and be able to successfully pass the National Testing Network test online. 
 
Candidates should go to the National Testing Network, scroll to the list of Ohio agencies, and then select Bellefontaine Police Department.  Our information is there for you to review, as well as the testing information.  After you have taken the tests that we require, you’ll get your score immediately through their site.  If you pass, you must then send us your score through the NTN site.  It will cost you $12.00 to send us your scores.  Scores and applications must be received no later than Friday, December 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM.  Upon receipt of your scores, the agency will send you the application.  Please plan on at least 3-5 business days to complete the application, and return it.  In order to take the physical agility test, you must have a physician sign off on a waiver that you can participate.  The Bellefontaine Police Department will communicate all other information to you upon receipt of your passing scores.
