Zebulon Wagner (“Zeb,” as his friends and family know him) was elected to City Council as the First Ward Representative in November 2015. Zeb was appointed as President of City Council in May of 2018. Zeb is a local attorney who has actively practiced law with the firm of Thompson, Dunlap & Heydinger, Ltd. (“TD&H”) since 2009. At TD&H, Zeb focuses his practice primarily within the firm’s domestic relations and litigation departments. On City Council, Zeb was appointed to serve on the Finance Committee and as Chairman of the Utilities Committee.

Zeb is active in the community, being involved with numerous local boards and organizations, including past President and Vice-President of the Board of the Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities, a member (and Board Member) of the Bellefontaine Chapter of Kiwanis, the Bellefontaine High School Mock Trial Team Attorney Advisor, the Logan County Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, as well as the Order of Symposiarchs of America, Bellefontaine Chapter.
In his free time, Zeb enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Kristen Green, and her ten-year old son, Crew. Zeb also enjoys the rigors of CrossFit, being a member at Mad River CrossFit in Bellefontaine, where, after being certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, he also assists in coaching and personal training.
