Any person who is aggrieved by a decision by the Tax Administration and who has filed with the city the required returns or other documents may appeal the decision by filing a request with the Board of Tax Review. The Board may affirm, reverse or modify the Tax Administration's decision or any part of that decision. This board hears cases for tax years 2016 and after.
