BPD Hosting Open House on Jan. 6, 2022

The Bellefontaine Police Department will be hosting a special event on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 6:30 PM at the Bellefontaine Police Department, located at 135 North Detroit Street, Bellefontaine.  We announce an Open House for those interested in joining our team.  The event will include a presentation on hiring standards and process for becoming a Police Officer, tour of the facilities, viewing some of our additional equipment, and more.  Don’t miss this chance to meet the staff and introduce yourself to a world of professional policing services! 

The Bellefontaine Police Department is looking for individuals who are service-minded, have a high degree of integrity, ready to learn, open to feedback, and able to communicate easily.  This open house opportunity will help you know whether you’re prepared or not to enter this career choice.  We will provide you with information on how to apply for future vacancies.
