Logan County's' Annual Beggar's Night will take place on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 6-8pm in the City of Bellefontaine.
The Logan County Mayor’s Association has set the 2021 trick-or-treat night for 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, during their quarterly meeting Thursday evening.
Last year, the Mayor’s Association moved Beggar’s Night to a Saturday afternoon, citing offering a safer event during the daytime and also hosting the trick-or-treat at a time when working families could more easily participate. Mark your calendars for this year’s annual county-wide Trick or Treat: Saturday, October 31st (Halloween) from 3-5pm.
The Logan County Mayor’s Association voted unanimously to move the event to Saturday, Oct. 31st this year because more parents are away from work on a Saturday, and 3-5pm allows for a safer event under the light of day. It’s challenging enough to consider all of the factors; most importantly a SAFE event if children and parents wish to participate. Thank you for understanding!
