The City of Bellefontaine Water Department has issued a boil advisory for the following area:
• 1000 Garfield Ave – Lots 61–70
• 1000 Garfield Ave – Lots 83–92
Please boil all water for at least one (3) minute before using it for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or any consumption purposes.
• If your water appears discolored or cloudy, allow it to run until it becomes clear.
Water samples will be collected in the next 24 hours and tested in the next 48 hours. Once results confirm the water is safe, we will lift the boil water advisory.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Road Closure Update:
The 300 block of N. Park St. between E. Brown Ave. and E. High Ave. has reopened following a water service-line repair. The roadway is now fully open to traffic. Thank you for your patience.
