The City of Bellefontaine Water Department has issued a boil advisory for the following areas until water samples are collected and confirmed safe: • 1530, 1534, 1600, 1630, 1650 South Main Street • 1533, 1537 South Detroit Street • 201, 205 Falcon Street • 1537 Hawke Street Residents in the affected area are advised to: • Boil water for at least three (3) minutes before using for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, or other consumption purposes. • Allow water to run if it appears cloudy or discolored until it clears. The advisory will remain in effect until sampling and testing are completed. A follow-up notice will be issued once the boil advisory has been lifted.
