of 514 W. Sandusky Ave., parcel #17-091-11-04-011-000. The northern half of the parcel is currently zoned R2. Asking for the property to be zoned B1.
A copy of the maps, description and other pertinent information are on file in the Office of the City Engineer in the Municipal Building, 135 N. Detroit St., Bellefontaine, Ohio for public examination Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.

Severe storms are possible from late afternoon into the early evening hours and continuing overnight across the area.
Primary threats include:

🌧️ Heavy rainfall with localized flooding
Residents are encouraged to stay prepared and remain weather-aware throughout the afternoon and evening. The Logan County Solid Waste District is pleased to offer a "FREE" Ag Tire Collection Day made possible through grant funding from the Ohio EPA.
If you have old or unwanted agricultural tires, this is an opportunity to dispose of them at no cost.
Please see the attached flyer for eligibility requirements, accepted tire types, collection details, and event information.
We encourage Logan County farmers, landowners, and agricultural businesses to take advantage of this program and share this information with others who may benefit!

The 200 block of E. Patterson Avenue has been reopened to traffic following the completion of a water service line repair.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this work. Please continue to use caution when traveling through the area as crews finish any remaining cleanup.

Road Reopened Notice
The 600 block of North Detroit Street between Powell Avenue and Orchard Avenue has been reopened to traffic following completion of a water service line repair.

BOIL ADVISORY LIFTED
The City of Bellefontaine Water Department has lifted the Boil Water Advisory for the following area:
1515 S. Main Street through 1711 S. Main Street
Water samples have been collected, tested, and confirmed safe for consumption. Normal water use may resume immediately.
As a precaution, residents are encouraged to:
• Run cold water faucets for several minutes to flush household plumbing lines.
• Discard any ice made during the advisory and clean ice makers before restarting.
• Flush and clean coffee makers, water dispensers, and similar appliances connected to the water system.
• Run water softeners through a regeneration cycle if applicable.
• Flush refrigerator water lines and replace water filters if recommended by the manufacturer.
