PUBLIC NOTICE

            Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bellefontaine City Council on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 7:15 pm in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 135 N. Detroit Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission, the hearing is to consider a rezoning request submitted by Robert and Lanetta Crockett, owners of 514 W. Sandusky Ave., parcel #17-091-11-04-011-000.  The northern half of the parcel is currently zoned R2. Asking for the property to be zoned B1. 

A copy of the maps, description and other pertinent information are on file in the Office of the City Engineer in the Municipal Building, 135 N. Detroit St., Bellefontaine, Ohio for public examination Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
