MAYOR'S OFFICE- HOLIDAY OBSERVANCES- The City of Bellefontaine Municipal Offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in observance of Veteran's Day; on Thursday and Friday, November 27th-28th in observance of Thanksgiving; on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 24, 2025 for Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25th and on Thursday, January 1, 2026 in observance of New Years Day.

Trick or Treat- Get your costumes ready! Join us for a fun and safe evening of trick-or-treating across the city. Families are invited to participate on October 30 from 6-7:30pm, as neighborhoods light up with spooky decor and sweet surprises. Be sure to stay safe and have a hauntingly good time! POLICE DEPARTMENT- Bellefontaine Police Department's FREE Tailgate Party 9/19/2025 - Blue Jacket Park, starts at 4:30 pm, before the Bellefontaine Indian Lake football game - Free food, Games, Music and Inflatables.

FIRE DEPARTMENT- Join us for the best pancake and sausage around, all while supporting our scholarship fund for local seniors- ANNUAL PANCAKE BREAKFAST- ALL YOU CAN EAT! Saturday, October 4, 2025 for 6:00am - 11:00am Breakfast by Donation

UTILITES- Beginning October 1, 2025, there will be a service charge fee of 3.5% with a minimum of a $.50 charge for all debit and credit card payments made for utility bills and purchases made online, by phone and in the office. There will be a one-day delay for residential refuse and recycling collection for the Thursday and Friday collection routes for the week of Thanksgiving and a one-day delay for the Thursday and Friday routes the week of Christmas.
