Elected in November 2007, Rob assumed the office of City Auditor in January 2008. He previously served as a member of City Council representing the Third Ward. A lifelong resident of Bellefontaine, he is a graduate of Bellefontaine High School, Class of 2001. Rob holds degrees from Ohio Northern University (BA History, 2005) in Ada, OH and The Ohio State University (BA Political Science, 2008) in Columbus, OH.

In addition to Rob, the Auditor's Office is comprised of Deputy Auditor Jeanette Hildreth and Account Clerk Paula Cole. Location on the second floor of the City Building, the office can be reached at (937) 592-2215 and has office hours of 7:30a to 4:30p Monday through Friday.
