Howard Traul is a lifelong resident of Bellefontaine and was appointed to the position of City Law Director in 1981.
Howard is a member of the First United Methodist Church, United Way, Green Hills Retirement Center Board of Trustees, and the Logan County Children’s Services Board.
Howard is a partner in the Bellefontaine Law Firm of Thompson, Dunlap, Heydinger, MacDonald, Watkins & Traul, Ltd.
